Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's what you need to know about cancellations.

24-Hour Cancellation Window
You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled session time. No fees will be applied for cancellations made within this window.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are considered late cancellations. A fee of 50% of the session price will be charged.
No-Shows
If you do not arrive for your scheduled session without prior notice, a 50% charge of the session price will apply.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking using any of the following methods:

Group Bookings
The same 24-hour cancellation policy applies to group bookings. If you need to reduce the number of guests, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges for cancelled spots.
Session Packages & Gift Cards
Session packages and gift cards are non-refundable. However, they are transferable and may be used by anyone in possession of the original code. In accordance with Canadian law, gift cards do not expire.
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
