Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through Square. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to 15% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

Gift Cards & Session Packages

Gift cards and session packages are non-refundable. In accordance with Canadian law, gift cards do not expire. Gift cards and session packages are transferable and may be used by anyone in possession of the original code.

Salt therapy is a wellness service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have any health concerns or pre-existing medical conditions, please consult your physician before booking a session.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Island Salt Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
