Halotherapy is a natural therapy that involves breathing in air infused with microscopic salt particles. The salt is dispersed into the air using a special device called a halogenerator. This practice has been used for centuries to support respiratory health, improve skin conditions, and promote relaxation.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Many guests wear activewear or loungewear. We provide shoe covers and you can go barefoot inside the salt cave. Avoid wearing jewelry or accessories that might be affected by salt.
Our standard salt cave sessions are 45 minutes long. This duration allows for optimal salt absorption while giving you time to fully relax and unwind. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your first visit.
Yes! Salt therapy is safe and beneficial for children of all ages. In fact, children often respond quickly to halotherapy. We offer family-friendly sessions and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
For general wellness, we recommend 1-2 sessions per week. If you are addressing specific respiratory or skin conditions, more frequent sessions (3-4 times per week) may be beneficial initially, then transitioning to maintenance sessions.
While salt therapy is generally safe, we recommend consulting your doctor if you have severe hypertension, contagious diseases, fever, open wounds, or are undergoing chemotherapy. Please let us know about any health conditions when booking.
You will be greeted by our staff, given an orientation, and shown to our salt cave. Inside, you will relax in zero-gravity chairs while soft lighting and calming music enhance your experience. Many guests read, meditate, or simply close their eyes and relax.
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in our shop and make wonderful gifts for friends and family. They can be used for any of our services and never expire.
