Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. Many guests wear activewear or loungewear. We provide foot covers for your comfort and cleanliness.
Our standard salt room sessions are 45 minutes long. This duration allows for optimal salt absorption while giving you time to fully relax and unwind. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early for your first visit.
Yes! Salt therapy is generally considered safe for children of all ages. In fact, children can respond quickly to halotherapy. Our sessions are sensory friendly with soft lighting and calming sounds, making it a comfortable experience for little ones. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
For general wellness, we recommend 1-2 sessions per week. If you are looking for more targeted support, 3-4 sessions per week can offer a deeper benefit. Many guests find their ideal rhythm after just a few visits.
While salt therapy is generally safe, we recommend consulting your doctor if you have severe hypertension, contagious diseases, fever, open wounds, or are undergoing chemotherapy. Please let us know about any health conditions when booking.
You will be greeted by our staff, and shown to our salt room. Inside, you will relax in our chairs while soft lighting and calming music enhance your experience. Many guests read, meditate, or simply close their eyes and relax.
Yes! Gift cards are available for purchase in our shop and make wonderful gifts for friends and family. They can be used for any of our services and never expire.
